Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Krakus in Pec pod Snezkou, I discovered a hidden gem that effortlessly balances comfort and affordability. Nestled beside a charming mountain river, the hotel offers a cozy restaurant with a lovely terrace, providing a perfect spot for morning coffee while soaking in the tranquil views-truly a visual treat for any landscape photographer like myself. The warm hospitality from owners Simona and Marek made my experience all the more enjoyable; they were always available to assist with any queries. Rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with useful amenities like a flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi. The breakfast spread was commendable, giving guests a hearty start to their day. While you're definitely paying for the location and the homey vibe, the value is noteworthy, especially if you're looking to explore without a car. The hotel is conveniently situated for lovely hikes and cycling adventures-just step out and embrace the stunning landscape. If you seek a relaxing retreat in the heart of nature, Hotel Krakus delivers-offering a superb view for a reasonable price. It's a wise choice for value-conscious travelers craving hotel charm without excess costs.
